gsm_osmux: Fix AMR_SID frame type payload size
According to TS 26.101, AMR_SID payload is 39 bits. Hence, (39+7)/8 = 5, rounding to octet boundaries. This fixes incorrect dissecting of Osmux frames containing AMR_SID payloads.
