f53bb927fc Add support for generating firewall ACL rules. MAC, IPv4, port, and 
IPv4+port rules are supported along with several syntaxes: IOS standard,
IOS extended, ipfilter, ipfw, pf, and netsh.  IPv6 is currently not
supported, but shouldn't be too difficult to add.

All of the rules were created using the documentation for each product.
None of them have been tested.  For the time being, use them with
caution.

fb49859e64 The target is called eug_html_chunked not eug_htmlchunk 
The pdf (and chm) targets are called differently in the two Makefiles (user-guide... vs. eug...), and I don't know which one is better (while keeping in mind that this will require changes in the documentation and elsewhere as well if we change it).

f2d2a624d8 You don't tug on Superman's cape. You don't spit into the wind. 
You don't pull the mask off the old Lone Ranger, and you don't
overflow a guint8.  Fixes the infinite loop in bug 576.

c522a2611c from Jaap Keuter: 
Working with the reassembly functionality Ethereal provides I've found
some additional changes had to be made to the EDG 8.4.1:
- a typo (made by myself)
- fragment_add_seq_check() doesn't take -1 as length remaining
- process_reassembled_data() can be called with or without tree, and
  is required in both dissection runs
- some whitespace stuff

a242f1926b In smb_trans_defragment(), throw an exception if we encounter a too-large 
fragment size.  The limit is conservatively set at 65536 bytes.  It may
have to be increased.  Fixes bug 421.

a67948bac7 Add bounds checking in several places to the SigComp UDVM. Use memset() 
instead of while loops to initialize variables.  Use a define instead

2da0e86244 minor workflow enhancement, generate the HTML files before the pdf's and alike. 
while working with the docbook sources, the html versions are a lot easier to look at than the pdf's. At least the Adobe Reader will lock the pdf file, so one has to close it to generate a next version, it's ugly to work with.

the html files can be viewed with e.g. Firefox while a new version is already generated, a simple reload will do the update then ...

2ebe4673eb I have to check this in with HHC enabled, otherwise I cannot get a chm file without the SVN-version.xml includes a modified tag. 
Joerg seem's to have fix this HHC thing, so it should be compilable on unix systems without errors (hopefully).

bf70c4ef43 The former icons used for both guide's were copied from the DOCBOOKXSLT package, which is used to convert the files from XML to HTML or whatever. 
As it's unsure if the license of these icons match the way we use it (I would think so, but I'm unsure), 
I've replaced them by stock icons (see http://developer.gnome.org/doc/API/2.0/gtk/gtk-Stock-Items.html) from the GTK library (licensed under LPGL), so it should be ok to use them in an GPL project.

I had to scale them from 48x48 to 24x24, but the Gimp is my friend :-)

b44f9ff3b0 as it's frequently questioned, if the GFDL is really a free license (e.g. by the Debian project) 
after asking the former authors of the User's Guide (Richard Sharpe and Ed Warnicke) for permission

I've changed the license for both the User's and Developer's Guide from GFDL to GPL
