We don't need several re-definitions of a "record of integer" type,
plus associated helper functions. Let's move that to the shared
Osmocom_Types.ttcn

In some cases GsmArfcn itself is not enough. It case of L1CTL
and GSMTAP, it needs to be equipped with a band discriminator:
- DCS / PCS (as the numbers may overlap),
- Downlink / Uplink (not yet there).
Let's rename this record and move it to GSM_Types. Also, add
send / receive tamplates, so we can add new fields later.

Otherwise the L1 (trxcon or Calypso PHY) would 'think' that we're
in signalling mode, and would not send us Bad Frame Indications.

- Get rid of f_L1CTL_DM_EST_REQ, it's not really needed.
- Derive ts_L1CTL_DM_EST_REQ_H0 from ts_L1CTL_DM_EST_REQ.
- Turn all its params into (value) templates.
- Turn it into a (value) template itself.
- Pass GsmArfcn directly to ts_L1CTL_DM_EST_REQ_H0.

Get rid of template t_IMM_ASS, which is a part of L1CTL_Types.ttcn.
Prepare generic (for both CS and PS) template on top of tr_IMM_ASS,
and use it in f_L1CTL_WAIT_IMM_ASS().

Both 't_IMM_ASS_TBF_DL' and 't_RR_IMM_ASS_TBF_DL' templates were
introduced for a specific task - matching Packet Immediate
Assignment (Downlink TBF) by TLLI.
In the upcoming changes we will also need to match Uplink TBF
assignment, and more generic fields such as Timing Advance.
Let's add a generic template for Packet Immediate Assignment
and allow passing IaRestOctets as a parameter.

In any normal or handover related assignments, we don't have an
ImmediateAssignment that we can hand to f_L1CTL_DM_EST_REQ_IA(),
so let's intrduce a version that works with arfcn, chan_nr and TSC
directly.

According to 3GPP TS 04.60, section 11.2.5a, the extended (11-bit)
Access Burst on RACH/PRACH is used by the MS to indicate its EGPRS
capability. One of the alternative synch. sequences (see 3GPP TS
05.02, TS1 and TS2) shall be used.
Add a test case to verify extended (11-bit) RACH decoding.

Provide a little bit more information when a BTS test fails
due to L1CTL FBSB failure.
Example output:

This will prevent subsequent failures from overwriting the verdict so we
can easily see the root cause of the test failure.
Using testcase.stop instead for errors internal to our test
infrastructure to mark them as test errors instead of failed.

This adds a series of test cases to BTS_Tests.ttcn implementing testing
of the RLL sub-layr of RSL, i.e. the translation between LAPDm frames
on the Um interface and the RLL frames on the Abis side (and vice vrsa).

The function didn't pass its arguments down into the actual L1CTL

For some reason, even with a perfectly valid/strong signal, the FBSB
task sometimes fails in the firmware. Let's wrap a loop around
it and try up to 10 times before failing the test.

As L1CTL is using a stream socket, we need to give the UNIX_DOMAIN
port some clue as to where our L1CTL message boundaries are in the
stream.
This requires a patched UNIX_DOMAIN_SOCKETasp test port with the
following commit applied:
