Cosmetic: msc_vty: remove redundant "0 =", "1 ="
Remove "0 =", "1 =" in-front of the boolean descriptions of auth-tuple-reuse-on-error. The online VTY doc and the pdf manual prepend the value automatically. Change-Id: Ifd14c2fb3f58701eaf66570d729a660233fb83ed
