When using bladeRF with an external reference with frequency other than 10 MHz (https://www.nuand.com/frequently-asked-questions/#How_do_I_use_a_10_MHz_reference), one has to set the reference frequency on each device open. This patch allows to set the reference frequency in a device string.

sounds like it makes sense to me, but I personally lack the experience with bladeRF. Some of the others I added as assignees might know more.
