Renamed DebugGoOn to DebugCrit so it better matches its purpose.
Swapped order of DebugCall and DebugNote so DebugCall is less visible. Changed default debug level to DebugNote. Modified a few inadequate uses of DebugCrit. git-svn-id: http://yate.null.ro/svn/yate/trunk@6250 acf43c95-373e-0410-b603-e72c3f656dc1
