     - Linux-2.3.24 SMP
     - egcs-2.91.66
   using -DBIG_PHONE_NUMBERS

 - finally added working support for HFC-card in "echo mode"
   try this:
     hisaxctrl bri 10 1
     hisaxctrl bri 12 1
     isdnlog -21 -1

erik a5283f21fb HTML version of Mini-FAQ. Run make to create html version. Nasty little 
perl script, but it passes validator.w3.org.  Fritz please set up a script
to upload to a sensible place on www.isdn4linux.de.  Thanks.

calle 6b1541adb6 - The CAPI20 library is now a shared library. 
- Arguments of function capi20_put_message swapped, to match capi spec.
- All capi20 related subdirs converted to use automake.
- Removed dependency to CONFIG_KERNELDIR where not needed.
