Matthias Hessler d84cc5d654 Cleaning up FAQ directory. 
How can I erase the empty subdirectories? CVS doesn't want to do anything...
So consider the subdirectories bin, doc, out as deleted.

Matthias Hessler e7f02322d1 Cleanout of old FAQ, added new FAQ as SGML syntax. 
Removed targets from Makefile, hopefully the package still compiles.
Will try to get make to generate html/txt files later.
