Stefan Roese 7812bc4a2e ppc4xx: Fix lwmon5 compilation problem 
Now that the 440EPx ECC test is not board specific anymore
remove this Makefile.

- Clear ECC status regs after ECC POST test
- Set dcbz for ECC generation with caches enabled as default
- Code cleanup
