returned quite a list of files. Add them to MAINTAINERCLEANFILES.
Whitespace changes (replace multiple spaces by TABs, in a few cases this
needed to be done at the beginning of Makefile lines.

As a result, one need not be root to build RPM-based packages.
Move the specfile to packaging/rpm/SPECS.
