Gerald Combs	93b99abf30	In packet-dcerpc-nt.c, make sure we call init_pol_hash() each time we load a capture file. This should fix bug #536. Guy Harris	554f620001	Constify to remove a bunch of warnings. Add some casts to squelch (presumably-)harmless-but-otherwise-unremovable const-to-nonconst warnings.
