HTMLTextDelegate fails to build in Qt 4.8, partially because
QStyleOptionViewItem.text is introduced with Qt 5. Another issue with
the current implementation is that the "Copy" action includes the HTML
tags for italics. To fix these, just remove the italics formatting.

Add missing include headers, define Q_NULLPTR for all Qt objects (to
avoid having to include an ugly compat header), use old signal/slot
syntax (Q_SIGNALS are protected in Qt 4.8), disable Qt 5 log message
handler, etc.

Setting column sizes when we resize will clobber any adjustments made by
the user. Set them when we show the dialog instead. The plugin text
varies quite a bit from column to column. Resize each column to its
contents instead of setting uniform widths.

Rewrite of the about dialog, to use QTableView and Models
instead of HTML files.
Everything is now model based, and the model is generic enough
to support any variation which can be put into a QStringList row.

For both autotools and cmake, the top-level source directory is always
part of the search path for include files. For include files in this
directory, we can simply use the file name. There's no need for a
relative path.

Display separate entries for binary plugins and lua scripts.
This is explained in the user guide, that the binary folder is
a subfolder of the lua folder, but it's probably a good idea to be more
explicit about it, at the risk of cluttering the interface a bit.
Move GeoIP information down because it seems the least important.
Add helper functions to provide plugin version subdir.
Change some #ifdefs while at it for legibility.

- Generic use but not a widget
- Utility functionality used by many classes
Note: additionally all includes affected by this move have been changed

Add a search field in the authors tab. The list of authors has became
huge and it's very hard to find someone in it. Having a fast way to

This allows keeping the code-sharing with the static linking.
This "fixes" a hypothetical ABI mismatch with wsutil and avoids pulling more
external dependencies to wsutil than strictly necessary.
A nice side-effect is that libwsutil no longer depends on version.h.

If you include something from the wiretap directory, always precede it
with wiretap/.
Fix some includes of files in the top-level directory to use a path
relative to the current directory, not relative to the wiretap
directory.
This makes it a bit clearer what's being included.

Adds the list of available extcaps to the plugin list in the
About dialog of Wireshark (Qt only). To do this, and additional
sentence is provided in the extcap arguments list, which allows
for additional information to be passed (as of right now, just
version and display is used)
Additionally, cleans up the code when using g_free.

Add a "Keyboard Shortcuts" tab to the about box for lack of a better
place. Show every action in the main window which has an associated
shortcut except for recent items.
We might want to add a command-line option to dump the shortcuts in
addition to or instead of showing them here.

The first thing I generally do when I open a graph is to maximize it.
Having a maximize button makes that a lot easier. Call QDialog(NULL,
Qt::Window) similar to g80342e4.

Extcap is a plugin interface, which allows for the usage
of external capture interfaces via pipes using a predefined
configuration language which results in a graphical gui.
This implementation seeks for a generic implementation,
which results in a seamless integration with the current
system, and does add all external interfaces as simple
interfaces.
Windows Note: Due to limitations with GTK and Windows,
a gspawn-winXX-helper.exe, respective gspawn-winXX-helper-console.exe
is needed, which is part of any GTK windows installation.
The default installation directory from the build is an extcap
subdirectory underneath the run directory. The folder used by
extcap may be viewed in the folders tab of the about dialog.
The default installation directory for extcap plugins with
a pre-build or installer version of wireshark is the extcap
subdirectory underneath the main wireshark directory.

Add a routine get_ws_vcs_version_info() that, for builds from a tree
checked out from Wireshark's version control system, returns a string
that includes both the Wireshark version number and an indication of
what particular VCS version was checked out, and just returns
Wireshark's version number for other builds.
Use that routine rather than manually gluing VERSION and the Git version
number together.
("vcs", not "git", just in case we do something bizarre or mercurial
some day. :-))

This lets the user select and copy the folder and plugin data as text.
Add clickable local filesystem URLs while we're at it.
(I suspect that you shouldn't use QTableWidgets unless you're creating a
spreadsheet.)

Rename "SVNPATH" to "GITBRANCH" since that seems more appropriate.
Rename "svnversion.h" to "version.h" as Evan suggested. Update some
URLs. In make-version.pl, make sure we don't set an improper upstream
branch name. Use the number of commits + short hash from `git describe`
for package names by default.
