keys to have _uint in their names, to match the routines that handle
dissector tables with string keys. (Using _port can confuse people into
thinking they're intended solely for use with TCP/UDP/etc. ports when,
in fact, they work better for things such as Ethernet types, where the
binding of particular values to particular protocols are a lot
stronger.)

The attached patch checks sll_hatype field type and if suggest capture on GRE
interface, the packet will be dissected using GRE dissector table. Also prints
physical addresses with length 4 as IPv4 addresses.
This fixes bug 2105.

The existing sll dissector does not handle ppp_hdlc packets (sll.ltype == 0x0007).
Resolution:
Alter packet-sll.c to call the ppp_hdlc dissector when a packet with sll.ltype=0x0007 is received.
