Set the uniformRowHeights property for a few of our QTreeWidgets. This
can improve performance, particularly when we have many items.

Without this, a long hint string (like a wrong protocol name in the SSL UAT preference) will resize the window to match the string.
With this change, instead the hintLabel string is continuing on a new line to match currently configured window size

This implementation is slightly different compared to other dialogs
since we have nested items.
Tweak the bar highlight color look better on Windows while we're here.
