CMake: Work correctly without Sparkle.

Set or clear SPARKLE_LIBRARIES and SPARKLE_INCLUDE_DIRS in
FindSparkle.cmake, similar to what we do in other modules. Use them
instead of SPARKLE_LIBRARY and SPARKLE_INCLUDE_DIR.
