Harald Welte 3a74117ead update obs-mirror include list 
* add Debian 12 for latest and nightly package archive
* replace nightly Ubuntu 22.04 with 23.04
* stop nightly Debian 10 archive (11 + 12 is sufficient)

The scripts in this directory are used to create an archive of Osmocom related
packages from OBS, at: https://downloads.osmocom.org/obs-mirror/

There is no mechanism in place to deploy updated scripts after updating them
here in osmo-ci.git, so this must be done manually.
