Limit the input field for occurrence to 4 characters to prevent an overflow.
Make sure "... as filter" does not result in an invalid filter string if all occurrences are displayed.

Add the option to check hf entries for various problems. This is disabled by
default for the moment as it's quite noisy.
The regexps may need some additional fine tuning (or maybe simplification),
but they seem to work pretty well.
Arguably this might make more sense in checkhf.pl but it was easier to integrate
into this script.

So the extra bytes in type III are inserted before those

capturing causes an assert in cf_reset_state().
We still get this assert if the "List Files" dialog is opened before we start
capture and we change file during capturing. Maybe we have to close this
dialog when starting capture? Or maybe disable all files except the one
being captured to? Then we also may have to update the "Last Modified" and
"Size" columns.

filled in (using name "(Unknown)" so that direct (indexed)
access to the value_string is possible.
Note that this represents a slight API change in that
match_strval() on sminmpec_values will no longer return NULL for
missing enterprise numbers (less than the maximum in the array)
but will return the string "(Unknown)".
AFAIKT this change does not materially affect existing Wireshark
use of the sminmpec value_string array.

I try to configure Wireshark with cmake on macosx 10.6.
It fails with : set_target_properties called with incorrect number of arguments.
