Harald Welte 67f3108552 initial checkin of statsd_exporter mapping configuration 
This file can be used to generate meaningful prometheus metrics names
and labels from the currently existing stats counter/gauge names in
osmoo-{bsc,mgw,msc,gbproxy,stp}
