The sharpsl_pcmcia_ops structure gets passed into
sa11xx_drv_pcmcia_probe, where it gets accessed at run-time,
unlike all other pcmcia drivers that pass their structures
into platform_device_add_data, which makes a copy.
This means the gcc warning is valid and the structure
must not be marked as __initdata.
Without this patch, building collie_defconfig results in:

first multiplatform support on ARM, and with this (and the later
branch) merged, it is now possible to build one kernel that contains
support for highbank, vexpress, mvebu, socfpga, and picoxcell. More
platforms will be convered over in the next few releases.

In case of error, the function clk_get() returns ERR_PTR()

Use pci_stop_and_remove_bus_device() like most other hotplug drivers
rather than the special-purpose "behind_bridge" variant. This just
means we have to iterate through all the devices downstream of the
bridge ourselves, which is the same thing pci_stop_behind_bridge()
did.

I've built all the working defconfigs from all the arches that I can

The reason for these patches is that I recently encountered a circular
dependency problem that came about when I produced some patches to
optimise get_order() by rewriting it to use ilog2().
This uses bitops - and on the SH arch asm/bitops.h drags in
asm-generic/get_order.h by a circuituous route involving asm/system.h.
The main difficulty seems to be asm/system.h. It holds a number of
low level bits with no/few dependencies that are commonly used (eg.
memory barriers) and a number of bits with more dependencies that
aren't used in many places (eg. switch_to()).
These patches break asm/system.h up into the following core pieces:
(1) asm/barrier.h
Move memory barriers here. This already done for MIPS and Alpha.
(2) asm/switch_to.h
Move switch_to() and related stuff here.
(3) asm/exec.h
Move arch_align_stack() here. Other process execution related bits
could perhaps go here from asm/processor.h.
(4) asm/cmpxchg.h
Move xchg() and cmpxchg() here as they're full word atomic ops and
frequently used by atomic_xchg() and atomic_cmpxchg().
(5) asm/bug.h
Move die() and related bits.
(6) asm/auxvec.h
Move AT_VECTOR_SIZE_ARCH here.

This patches fixes two things:
* Use gpio_valid function to check gpio before usage
This must be done after 63b4c29678 which uses -EINVAL for unused pin's
* Use gpio_to_irq to convert gpio's to irq
The driver assumed a 1:1 mapping between gpio and irq numbers. This is no
longer true after d0fbda9add.
Tested on custom RM9200 board with 8gb CF card.

If pxa2xx_drv_pcmcia_add_one fails, it will go to err1 error path.
Add a missing clk_put in the error path.
Checking the ret value after the for loop is redundant, it is always false.
Thus remove the redundant checking.

Since commit [e58aa3d2: genirq: Run irq handlers with interrupts disabled],
We run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled
and we even check and yell when an interrupt handler
returns with interrupts enabled (see commit [b738a50a:
genirq: Warn when handler enables interrupts]).
So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed.

sa11xx_base.c is currently built when either PCMCIA_SA1100 or
PCMCIA_SA1111 are selected. Let's move the logic into Kconfig.

sa1111_set_io() already contains the necessary locking within itself
to safely change the state of a set of GPIOs. There's no need for
callers to protect this by disabling IRQs themselves.

soc_common already initializes state.wrprot to zero, so explicitly
setting wrprot to zero in the socket drivers has no additional effect.

Now that we use gpios and gpio_to_irq() etc to manage the various card
status signals within soc_common, and all socket drivers are converted,
these functions are no longer used. We can now get rid of these helper
functions.
