Harald Welte 591e1d7daa WIP: OM2000: Full state machine implementation using osmo_fsm ... Our existing OM2000 code for initializing all Managed Objects of a BTS at startup was never complete. Rather than trying to fix the old-style code, introudce a hierarchy of osmo_fsm's reflecting the full protocol hand-shake and sequence of bringing up the individual MO's.
