Daniel Willmann 4d62d63151 Stricter limits for T3212 (location update period) ... libcommon: Default to 30min location update period libbsc: Limit VTY value for periodic update and disallow the value 0 According to GSM 04.08 Table 10.5.33 "The value 0 is used for infinite timeout value i.e. periodic updating shall not be used within the cell."
