Jacob Erlbeck	8e68b56fe5	sms/dtap: Add log messages to analyse SMS message loss ... Incoming DTAP messages from MS are discarded during silent calls, which leads to the repeated delivery of SMS since the ACKs are not being processed. Pablo Neira Ayuso	136f453dd2	src: use new library libosmogsm and new path to headers in libosmocore ... libosmogsm is a new library that is distributed in the libosmocore. Now, openbsc depends on it.
