Pau Espin c93707ff6c bts-trx: Drop deprecated -t parameter 
Parameter was dropped a while ago in osmo-bts, since it's calculated
dynamically from VTY config. So let's drop it to avoid a deprecation
warning message in osmo-bts log file.
