ctrl: Add lchan show to all ctrl levels

This new commands show information about logical channels:
    net.btsN.trxM.tsI.show-lchan.full
    net.btsN.trxM.show-lchan.full
    net.btsN.show-lchan.full
    net.show-lchan.full
