Remove BSSAPP, BSSGP, BSSMAP, GTP, GTPv2, ISUP, LLC, MobileL3, NS, SNDCP
All of those now have separate upstream repositories on git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan
and we don't need to keep a copy around
