Pau Espin 578fa193ae */osmo-stp.cfg: Explicitly define role & sctp-role 
It was recently decided it's a good practice to always specify the role
 and sctp-role for all ASPs configured in the VTY, since it's an
 important configuration providing feedback on the network setup
 expectancies.

Stefan Sperling d5a30625cf sync TTCN3 MSC test config with docker-playground 
Update MSC_Tests.default according to the current MSC_Tests.cfg
used by docker-playground.

Add osmo-msc.cfg and osmo-stp.cfg example configuration files.

Allows the MSC tests to be run locally.
