library: add HTTP_Server_Emulation
We already have an HTTP_Adapter, which plays the client role. Now let's add an HTTP_Server_Emulation, that will allow us to play the server role as well. Related: SYS#6563 Change-Id: Ie9a3b31a047b617ae69b7a65e1d69b8d3da863e5
