Juan Quintela ca96c316c0 bt: remove bt_host_read_poll() 
It allways returned true, that is the equivalent of not having the
callback.

aurel32 fad6cb1a56 Update FSF address in GPL/LGPL boilerplate 
The attached patch updates the FSF address in the GPL/LGPL boilerplate
in most GPL/LGPLed files, and also in COPYING.LIB.

balrog fb599c9a03 Implement a HCI passthrough to host. 
This allows using a host's physical HCI as one of the HCIs attached
to the virtual machine.  This brings various limitations because not
all commands/events are passed through by Linux kernel, some are
interpreted by the host's kernel for a speed gain.
