Code Issues Releases Wiki Activity

pySim-read: read contents of PLMN related files. 

The files EF.PLMNsel, EF.PLMNwAcT, EF.OPLMNwAcT, EF.HPLMNAcT are not
yet printed by pysim-read. Lets add support for those files.
