marian 1b19d546d8 Chat rooms can now be added to contacts list. Save them locally and to server as private data. Retrieve chat rooms private data when connected.

marian 1978cacf2e Set the 'noroute' prompt on incomplete route if used only to route a call to avoid terminating the script otherwise. Use a tone language if specified in routing.

marian fb01b8234d Add a tray icon to the main window stack when a notification is shown in it. Remove the tray icon when the notifications list is empty, the user clicked the icon or the notification area is hidden due to user actions.

marian 8062c286f6 Implemented per window tray icon stack. An icon is now shown. The main window is now hidden when close button is pressed. Change the tray icon when an incoming call is received.

oana 5abf18900b Changed the format of the accounts, links and interfaces status reported through engine.status. Added accountUsername OID. Modified the monitoring module to deal with the status change and the need to handle the accountUsername OID information.

marian d236762fc1 Support receiving overlapped dialing on ISUP. 
Send extra Called Party Number digits in a SAM message.
The overlapped dialing script accepts an initial number.

oana 8236025fdb Modified the look of buttons and the size of the text displaying on the buttons. Modified layout of the confirm and message windows. Fixes layout issues in the native style on Mac OS X.

marian 26eb5b1917 DefaultLogic is now using an accounts list for accounts and contacts management. Fixed account and contact add/edit bugs. Calls log is now shown using a common table for incoming and outgoing. Fixed DefaultLogic resource.notify and user.roster processing.
