|
The wpkbdmon daemon monitors the links status of a particular
|
|
WANPIPE device and conveys its operational statistics via
|
|
keybard leds: NUM LOCK, CAPS LOCK and SCROLL_LOCK
|
|
|
|
NUM_LOCK = Line State (On=connected, Off=disconnected)
|
|
CAPS_LOCK = Tx data (On=transmitting, Off=no tx data)
|
|
SCROLL_LOCK = Rx data (On=receiving, Off=no rx data)
|
|
|
|
Usage:
|
|

|
|
|
wpkbdmon <wanpipe device> <interface name> [update_interval]
|
|
|
|
<wanpipe device> = wanpipe# (#=1,2,3 ...)
|
|
<interface name> = wanpipe network interface ex: wp1_fr16
|
|
[update interval] = 1-60 seconds , optional (default 5 sec)
|
|
|
|
ex: /usr/sbin/wpkbdmon wanpipe1 wp1_ppp 5
|
|
|
|
Monitor interface wp1_ppp on device wanpipe1 in
|
|
5 second intervals. Display the link status,
|
|
tx and rx state via keyboard lights.
|
|
|
|
NOTE: The wpkbdmon daemon can only monitor a single network interface
|
|
at a time.
|
|
|
