Install a udev rules file for mISDN
...
The timerdevice should be accessible for a special group, you
can select the group via --with-mISDN_group=<group name> during
configure, default is dialout.

CAPI 2.0 for voice

The CAPI 2.0 interface now allows voice calls and
fax with capifax (with spandsp).
