Fix unused but set variable warning
Newer gcc versions have this new warning, so build would fail with -Werror because the variable is not used when MISDND_CAPI_MODULE_DEBUG was not defined. Signed-off-by: Karsten Keil <kkeil@linux-pingi.de>
