- fix a fix within Change_Channel()

 - isdnlog/tools/dest/CDB_File_Dump.pm ... fixed bug with duplicates like _DEMD2

   After installing this, please rebuild dest.cdb by:
   $ cd isdnlog/tools/dest
   $ rm dest.cdb
   $ make alldata
   $ su -c "cp ./dest.cdb /usr/lib/isdn"
