59cbe8edeb call configure with --sbindir, --bindir, --mandir und --datadir, the 
standard way to set these dirs.

- big cleanup ( > 1.3 Mb removed!)
  - v0.02 of destination support - better, but not perfect
    (does't work with gcc-2.7.2.3 yet - use egcs!)

bfa9edbaf3 Added scripts/makedev.sh; 
makedev.sh chgrp's devices if appropriate groups exist;
"make install" now calls scripts/makedev.sh if /dev/isdnctrl0 doesn't exist;
README enhanced with makedev.sh info.

69afc5727c Renamed CONFIG_AREACODE_DATA to CONFIG_DATADIR, because it's used 
for firmware-images also.
Added actctrl.
Bugfix: CONFIG_KERNELDIR and other variables had not been exported
        to configure-subprocesses.

workaround for empty list in for-loops.
