Get rid of including ../.config in Makefile
Now all configuration is done in configure.
Moved depend depency from install to build
where it belongs.

Renamed CONFIG_AREACODE_DATA to CONFIG_DATADIR, because it's used
for firmware-images also.
Added actctrl.
Bugfix: CONFIG_KERNELDIR and other variables had not been exported
to configure-subprocesses.

- bugfix: it is possible to install isdnlog now
- improved performance for read files for vbox files and mgetty files.
