tobiasb	e9359063bb	Support for pre-UTF8 systems. NO_UTF8=1 in makefile, Makefile.in or the make command line will convert the data files from UTF-8 to ISO-8859-1 (latin1) using iconv. The distributed source data files in UTF-8 charset remain unchanged. Without NO_UTF8 set, there shall be no changes at all.	2006-02-12 16:16:36 +00:00
