calle 0925026046 call configure with --sbindir, --bindir, --mandir und --datadir, the 
standard way to set these dirs.

    (does't work with gcc-2.7.2.3 yet - use egcs!)

makedev.sh chgrp's devices if appropriate groups exist;
"make install" now calls scripts/makedev.sh if /dev/isdnctrl0 doesn't exist;
README enhanced with makedev.sh info.

fritz d48a901bf4 Renamed CONFIG_AREACODE_DATA to CONFIG_DATADIR, because it's used 
for firmware-images also.
Added actctrl.
Bugfix: CONFIG_KERNELDIR and other variables had not been exported
        to configure-subprocesses.
