Require libcurl as a system dependency
This purges libcurl from our tree and requires it to be present on the
system for building and running FreeSWITCH.

FS-6293: abandon xmlrpc-c build system entirely. We can revist this when we try to pull this lib out of tree, in the mean time, this fixes a ton of problems.

BNPH-6149: allow to use system curl again, fix some types on auth_scheme values to all be long, don't use curl private function in our wrapper. This may cause missing symbol curl_easy_setopt with visibility turned on, if it does that, please let me know

Disabled some compiler warnings on Windows build (for Visual Studio 2012), also disabled code analysis one some projects. This should make the Windows build more clean in the future.

More explicit and defensive code so if the init fails we know we handling this pointer safely, because rc_config_init will free the pointer if there was a problem, but it will not set the pointer to NULL.

Make custom directory for mod_xml_cdr if missing
Previously mod_xml_cdr would only make its directory if log-dir was
not specified. The behavior now matches that of mod_json_cdr.
