ach 1f43ac632e o make debian rules work w/o debian/patches

o removed gcc diff (in cvs proper).
o keep doxygen-norun: cosmetic to keep debians source build

README.examples 

The files

	examples/capisuite.cron
	examples/cronjobs.conf

are from the capisuite tarball.  To use them

	cp examples/cronjob.conf	/etc/capisuite/cronjobs.conf
	cp examples/capisuite.cron	/etc/cron.daily/capisuite

edit /etc/cronjob/cronjob.conf and adjust the settings.
