gernot 6af2f3b2f0 - shortened some long lines (preparation for PDF version) 
- some changes to Debian section (removed package build instructions,
  added some comments to thank Achim ;-) )
- removed / replaced xrefs to varlistentries as these aren't supported
  by db2pdf
- fixed a small error (missing </para>)

gernot 826f980c3e - support empty destination number for incoming calls correctly (austrian 
telecom does this (sic))
- core now returns "-" instead of "??" for "no number available" (much nicer
  in my eyes)
- new wave file used in remote inquiry for "unknown number"

ach a5537efc22 o 0.4.1a debs now build like I want ;) 
o debian/patches/ gcc-2.95.diff and doxy-norun.diff not added.
  Maybe the get applied upstream ;)
o deb need some more testing before release

gernot 49c31cff14 - fixed SECURITY BUG (user scripts where executed as root), thx to Achim! 
-> use 3 variables (MAX_DAYS_RCVD, MAX_DAYS_DONE, MAX_DAYS_FAILED)
       which are all read from /etc/capisuite/cronjob.conf now
    -> don't read cronjob.conf's in other dirs any more

gernot d5e078c3cb - buildBconfiguration() now checks the abilities of the given controller 
and throws an error if it doesn't support the service
- it also sets the fax protocol setting now the highest available ability
  (fax G3 or fax G3 extended) of the controller, thus preparing fax polling
  and *working around a severe bug in the AVM drivers producing a kernel
  oops* with some analog fax devices. AVM knows about this and analyzes it.

gernot a6261ffb65 - added new readProfile() which stores controller profiles in attributes 
- getInfo() only creates the string out of the stored values and doesn't
  do the real inquiry any more
- getInfo() and numControllers aren't static any more
