Heiko Schocher d044954fe2 8xx, mgsuvd: rename board to a more generic name 
renaming the "mgsuvd" board port into "km8xx", because
there come more similar boards from keymile.
Compiling the mgsuvd board with "make mgsuvd_config"
remains.

Gary Jennejohn 135f553453 keymile add the common parts of the HDLC driver 
This implements the ICN protocol used across the backplane and is
needed by all the keymile boards.
