Philipp Maier 1f578082e9 cosmetic: add commandline help 
There is no helptext for the commandline options, which makes it
difficult for new users to use the program.

This is the package for the Osmocom virtual physical layer.
A layer 1 implementation satisfying the L1CTL interface towards the l23 application (e.g. mobile).
