c30eeef7d8 some more gmemchunk -> se_alloc() updates
there are only 5 gmemchunks left but they have different litetime for their allocations than the 100+ ones that have been removed.

The remaining 5 should be converted some other way.

960f9cb5e7 In an "address" structure, "data" is a pointer; dereferencing "&data"
doesn't give you the address value, it gives a pointer to the address
value.

Don't assume that pointer is aligned on a 32-bit boundary.

32f826a7ce From Richard van der Hoff:
Among the improvements are:
- fixes to call-tracking (it's now less likely to confuse two separate
calls, for instance)
- improvements to Information Element dissection (clearer dissection,
dissects more IE types, easier to extend)
- you can now filter on the content of DTMF packets
- Analysis of timestamps (calculation of absolute timestamp, and packet
lateness).
- fixed a couple of assertion failures in subtle corner-cases.

negative relative times:
   - get_timedelta()
   - addtime()
   - ftype-time.c:relative_val_from_unparsed()

I've also moved get_timedelta() and addtime() out of calldata.c into a
new file, epan/nstime.c, as I needed to use them in a dissector I'm
working on (and they therefore needed to go into libethereal).

fdb5b1af02 just to get things straight: a dissector should *never* do any g_assert() calls!
in a simple approach, I've replaced all g_assert() and g_assert_not_reached() calls by their exception throwing counterparts DISSECTOR_ASSERT() and DISSECTOR_ASSERT_NOT_REACHED()

this will replace application crash by showing a dissector bug, which is the desired behaviour

there were some g_assert calls in the protocol registering functions, which might not be acting as expected now, but to be able to simply search for g_assert in the future I've replaced that calls too

one g_assert remained, the one when someone throws an unknown exception "into" packet_frame.c, but IMHO this one should remain.

a82419745d Add a hack to set "reversed" and "circuit" in code paths where it wasn't
getting set. The hack needs to be replaced by code that does the right
thing.

Fix indentation.
