Move all the declarations of routines that are internal and
not for use by dissectors from column-utils.h column-info.h
Move the column max length defines into column-utils.h because
dissectors might need that
Since packet.h already includes column-utils.h, dissectors don't
need to include column-utils.h anymore.
Remove or downgrade a few other column header includes that are
unnecessary.
Remove the editor modeline blocks from most of the source files in ui/qt
by running
perl -i -p0e 's{ \n+ /[ *\n]+ editor \s+ modelines .* shiftwidth= .* \*/ \s+ } {\n}gsix' $( ag -g '\.(cpp|h)' )
then cleaning up the remaining files by hand.
This *shouldn't* affect anyone since
- All of the source files in ui/qt use 4 space indentation, which
matches the default in our top-level .editorconfig
- The one notable editor that's likely to be used on these files and
*doesn't* support EditorConfig (Qt Creator) defaults to 4 space
indentation.
Don't call the columnString() and discard the result in order to force
colorization; instead, add a separate method to force colorization and
use that.
This avoids the need to choose a column; we were using 1 as the column
number, but column numbers are zero-origin, so that's column 2, which
isn't guaranteed to exist (a crash ensued if it didn't).
If read from capture file fails, set a flag that result in subsequent
read attempts to not display alert box on read failure.
This solves endless "An error occurred while reading the capture file"
error when the underlying trace file becomes unavailable. Now it is
possible for the user to close the capture file.

These seem to be the last remains of the old gtk interface and can interfere
with Qt's thread mechanism. Additionally it saves on memory, by only using
memory needed and a list where more are required

wmem should not be used inside a model, as the memory managment of
those models is part of the responsibility of Qt. It could happen,
that the file is closed, but the model still needs to access the
information, in which case the memory access fails.

Add col_data_changed, which checks to see if we have updated column
info. Add col_append_frame_number, which adds a frame number and sets
col_data_changed. Call col_append_frame_number instead of
col_append_fstr from some dissectors.
Add PacketListRecord::invalidateAllRecords, which invalidates any cached
record data. Add PacketListModel::invalidateAllColumnStrings which calls
invalidateAllRecords and signals that our data has changed. Call
invalidateAllColumnStrings when we have new name resolution or column
information.

and delegates to the utils directory. Guidelines for this directory are:
- Implementation of a model
- Implementation of a delegate
- Utility class for data storage used by a model
Note: additionally all includes affected by this move have been changed
to absolute path includes, instead of relative ones.
