Convert Advanced view and Modules view to use a single base model,
loading the preferences once and then filter and display what they
need with QSortFilterProxyModel derived classes.
Convert the PreferencePane "types" to just strings. This allows
a more straightforward relationship between the "special" modules
that need custom widgets for preference manipulation and it also
removes dependency on preferences_dialog.h for many files.

Change access of all_ifaces elements from by val to by reference.
With this change unnecessary copying of the whole struct is avoided
but even more important is that elements no longer have to be
removed and inserted whenever data is updated.
This change aims to make it more clear that all_ifaces elements
shall never be removed from the array without freeing resources
via the capture_opts_free_interface_t function.
NOTE: Code for GTK UI not updated

Move "struct preference" into prefs.c, essentially creating a "private"
structure to handle preferences. The 2 motivating factors were:
1. Better memory management so that clients/users of API don't have to worry
about it.
2. Hide the ugliness of the union stuff and make it transparent to the API.
A few bugs related to preference <-> Decode As integration were fixed
while in the neighborhood.

The GTK+ UI has a capture info dialog which shows a summary of captured
protocols, including IPX (!), NetBIOS (!!) and VINES (!!OMG!!). It's
been disabled by default since 2006 (g59aa9e40).
Remove the preference in the Qt UI capture pane. It's still available
via the advanced prefs. Add comments in various parts of the code noting
that the capture_info routines and structs are GTK+ only. Also note that
if we *do* want to add a Qt capture info dialog we'll probably want to
modernize the information we show.

In CapturePreferencesFrame::updateWidgets() save and restore the default
capture device name because the first call (and only the first call) in
the loop with addItem() triggers on_defaultInterfaceComboBox_editTextChanged()
which unconditionally sets the default name as the first non-hidden device.

this should make Visual Studio pick up the generated include files
from the build directory instead of the source directory (which may
contain lefovers from an in-tree build)

Instead, if we have no interfaces in global_capture_opts.all_ifaces, use
the refreshLocalInterfaces() method of the main WiresharkApplication to
try to fetch them; that way, if we do find interfaces, a signal will be
emitted to cause the rest of the UI to reflect their arrival.
