This patchset ensures a 1:1 replacement of the old 3.0 version of the profiles
dialog. It is a major bugfix for the new version in case of handling creating/
deleting and adding profiles.
Delete can be performed on multiple profiles now, by selecting the profiles
which need to be deleted.
Import/Export functionality has been overhauled to follow these rules:
* No imports while changes are pending, due to datamodel sanity
* Export for Default Profile and Global Profiles is not possible
* Either all personal profiles can be selected or individually choosen ones
* Use last directory and store it properly
* Imports can be cancelled
* Only one import is allowed at a time (but it can contain as many profiles as needed)

- Fixing the fact, that the profile did not allways switch to the active profile
when pressing the OK button.
- Adding a new profile can be repeated, if the name "New Profile" is already in
use, a number is incremented and added to subsequently new profiles.
- Copying a profile multiple times, creates individual names each time
- Global profiles should come last in the statusbar popup
- Global profiles should be called "System profiles"
- Fix null-pointer that could happen while querying "DATA_IS_SELECTED"

Ensure that frameSelected(0) is emitted when not having a proto tree
field selected because of:
1. No match when trying to restore selected field
2. Search selects a packet with no field to select
3. Current packet is deselected
This will disable functionality which requires a selected field
and updates the status bar according to selected field.

This is in preparation to make it easier for other classes
to get the right signals from the capture file. Also the decision
on what signals to listen to now resides with the final classes,
not main window, and it no longer needs to be changed if the
statusbar or wsapp needs additional signals.

Have cfile-int.h declare the structure, and use it in files that
directly access the structure.
Have cfile.h just incompletely declare the structure and include it
rather than explicitly declaring it in source files or other header
files.
Never directly refer to struct _capture_file except when typedeffing

In order to consolidate the interfaces between certain parts of the UI,
the signal emitted after a frame change has occured, has to include the
number of the frame. This led to two signals for frame change, and therefore
packetSelection is to be removed.

The information about the selected packet number is available from
the Number column and from the Frame entry in the Packet Details
so make the entry in the status bar optional.
Also remove duplicate "Packet:" entry, add the UTF8_MIDDLE_DOT
separator and rename the prefix to "Selected Packet:".

Change isNull checks to isEmpty. This keeps us from pushing an empty

The path is not valid for created and renamed profiles because the
directory is not created yet. Use this label as a info label to
describe where the profile is created from or renamed from instead.
Use correct path for the Default profile.
Removed Bold from the current profile in status bar list.

Add a margin between the left edge of the window and the expert icon.
This makes it easier to distinguish between clicking on the expert icon
and resizing the window, at least on OS X.

Use QToolButtons to display the expert indicator and comment icons in
the main status bar. Use the same style sheet hack we use in
ProgressFrame to un-style the buttons.
Make sure we specify the @2x comment icon in our .qrc file so that it's
loaded and used on retina displays. Move the comment and expert .pngs to
the stock icon directory and use StockIcon to load them. Remove
status.qrc since it's no longer used.

When the capture process has not yet received any packets (not even the
libpcap header), Wireshark-Qt would crash because no valid capture file
was found. Reproducer:
ssh otherhost sleep 10000 | wireshark -k -i -
GTK displays "Waiting for capture input data" in the status bar until
the capture file format is determined. After this patch, both versions
will just display an "Interrupted system call" message.

The GTK+ UI sequentially dissects and caches column strings for all rows
before sorting a column. Do the same in the Qt UI, which can improve
performance considerably.
Don't colorize packets when sorting in the Qt UI unless it's necessary.
When sorting in the Qt UI, let the user cancel the initial packet
dissection. Note that we'll need to replace std::sort in order to
cancel out of sorting.
Use a pre-allocated and pre-compiled GRexex when we prime columns. Note
that we probably shouldn't parse a regular expression there.
Cache the last result of proto_registrar_get_byname.
Note performance hot spots elsewhere in the code.
To do:
GeoIP in packet-ip.c is pretty slow.

Add ProgressFame::addToButtonBox, which violates the UX guidelines on
every platform we support by inserting a ProgressFrame into a
QDialogButtonBox.

Rename CaptureFileProgressFrame to ProgressFrame. It's not limited to
capture files. Add "busy" routines there and in MainStatusBar. Show a
busy indicator while sorting columns.
Use toByteArray().constData instead of .data. I'm not sure if it matters
in our case but it's more correct.

Switch from a plain QProgressBar to a QFrame with a QProgressBar and a
stop button.
Add a stop_flag boolean to the capture_file struct.
To do:
- Start adding the progress bar to dialogs.
- Don't complain so loudly when the user stops a capture.
