Add a table of DPCs and SSNs that allow to override the protocol that would be choosen
so that the same SSN can use two different protocols in two different DPCs.

This patch provide a new function to decode messages when several ASN1 encoding can be used.
This is the case, for example, when a same message has different encoding according to the MAP version, or in case of ASN1 encoder optimization.
At the same time, I did remove the configuration variable "old_gsm_map_version", which is taken into account in the patch.
And likewise, for all the messages defined with the ASN1 sequence "[3] SEQUENCE", this function is called for the decoding.

A patch to update the gsm map definition up to 3GPP TS 29.002 V7.5.0 (2006-09) Release 7 There is a little impact on the GTP dissector, because I had to change the name of the Local ErrorCode in the gsm map asn1 definition due to a conflict with the Camel dissector.

Here are some patches and a new module to introduce the notion of Tcap context for a Tcap transaction. For each Tcap transaction, several parameters, like session identifier, start time or OID, will be saved in a hash table, to keep these informations available for the next messages. This context is then given to the upper layer, and can be used, for example, to generate transaction-associated statistics.
Moreover, the Upper protocol, detected in the Begin of the TCAP transaction ( according to the OID ), is saved in the context, and will be reused for the next messages of the transaction. This help the decoding of SS7 messages, without any SSN configuration in the "wireshark preferences".
You will have too, the possibility to apply a filter to see only the messages related to a TCAP transaction. (tcap.srt.session_id=XXX)
To enable the use of the Tcap context, you have 2 new parameters in the preferences,
- SRT, enable search for a Tcap context for any TCAP messages
- persistentSRT, keep the Tcap context, even after the transaction has been closed. This is mandatory with Wireshark, to have a clean display of the stats.
There is 2 new timers in the preferences for the statistics, to tune the retransmission timeout, and messages lost timeout.

Here is a patch for gsm_map dissector that adds USSD string decoding (mainly used in processUnstructuredSS-Request, UnstructuredSS-Request, UnstructuredSS-Notify). For now, it assumes that it will be GSM 7 bits.
It re-use packet-gsm_sms.c "gsm_sms_char_7bit_unpack" and "gsm_sms_char_ascii_decode" functions, as well as packet-smpp.c "smpp_handle_dcs" function.

Add the same workaround used in packet-ftam.c for the bad handling of the asn "IMPLICIT SEQUENCE", in the packet-gsm_map-template.c. This patch concerns Map V3 messages, not correctly decoded with the previous workaround "offset=offset+2".
Change a parameter for Provide Roaming Number decoding.
Add a decoding fonction for "Channel needed" parameter to avoid a decoding error for Paging messages
with a change to actually dissct channel needed.

end of the data in the tvbuff should stop when the offset is >= the
total amount of data in the tvbuff, not when it's > the total amount in
the tvbuff following the starting offset.
In "unpack_digits()", return a null string, not a null pointer, if
there's nothing left in the tvbuff starting at the starting offset, so
that the caller doesn't have to check for a null pointer, and return an
ep_alloc()ed buffer, so the caller doesn't have to worry about freeing
the result.
If we see a filler digit, don't advance the offset in the string buffer;
we want to put the terminating '\0' right after the character we just
put into the string.
Fuzzed against some GSM captures.

add a "match_strval_idx()" routine that does the same thing, and have
"match_strval()" call it.
Make those routines, and "val_to_str()", return a "const" pointer.
Update dissectors as necessary to squelch compiler warnings produced by
that.
Use "val_to_str()" rather than using "match_strval()" and then, if the
result is null, substituting a specific string. Clean up some other
"match_strval()"/"val_to_str()" usages.
Add a null pointer check in the NDPS dissector's "attribute_value()"
routine, as it's not clear that "global_attribute_name" won't be null at
that point.
Make some global variables in the AFS4INT dissector local.
Make some routines not used outside the module they're in static.
