blf: fix formats used to format unknown WTAP_ENCAP_ values and unsigned numbers.
Format an unhandled encapsulation type as ENCAP_n-C, where "n" is the encapsulation type value - in *decimal*, as that's how they're defined - and "C" is the channel number. Format unsinged quantities, such as channel numbers and indices for log containers, with %u, not %d.
