A Corba (GIOP) based protocol for the exchange of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) products. Defined in STANAG 4559/AEDP-5 "NATO Standard ISR Library Interface (NSILI)" See http://www.nato.int/structur/ac/224/standard/4559/4559.htm for more information. The dissector is generated using idl2wrs using the gias.idl, with some manual corrections, as noted in README.gias. Patch Set 4: Initialise uninitialised variables and no longer mark them as unused.
